Photography & Videography Release
- I hereby grant permission for BOOBOOK representatives to take and use photographs and/or digital images of me for use in promotional materials, educational or news releases. These materials may be used in various media formats including printed or electronic publications, videos, public displays, websites, social media and other electronic communications and in any edited form and may also be provided to any third party, including but not limited to media organisations, government bodies, not-for-profit organisations and BOOBOOK partners, for their use as they see fit.
- I also further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the pictures and/or digital images.
- I authorise the use of the photographs and images without compensation to BOOBOOK inclusive of managers, employees, directors, beneficiaries etc.
- I acknowledge all negatives, prints, digital production shall be the property of BOOBOOK.
- I understand that I do have the authority to decline photographs and/or images of myself being printed or provided in electronic publications, websites, social media or other electronic communications and if I wish to withdraw permission for images of myself to be used, I must notify BOOBOOK in writing to BOOBOOK Ecotours, PO Box 924, Roma Qld 4455 or email . I understand that if I so withdraw permission for the images to be used, BOOBOOK will cease any future new publication or use of the images, but for several years the images may appear in printed and electronic material which has already been produced or disseminated.
